The Hiroshima City & Aki County International Resident Consultation Service, formerly the Hiroshima City Consultation Service for International Residents, will offer guidance on life in Japan to non-Japanese people living in Hiroshima City, Fuchu-cho, Kaita-cho, Kumano-cho and Saka-cho in Aki County.

Guidance from Regional Immigration Bureau staff
On the 2nd Friday of every month, from 13:30 to 16:00, Regional Immigration Bureau staff come to the Hiroshima City Consultation Service for International Residents to offer guidance on problems regarding residency status.
★ Schedule for the September guidance has been changed to the 4th Friday.
Portuguese or Spanish Consultations at Aki Ward Office (Aki Kuyaku-sho)
Where: Community Coordination Division (Kusei Chosei Ka)
(4-36 Funakoshi-minami 3-chome, Aki-ku, Hiroshima)
When: 10:15 am-12:30 pm, 1:30 pm-4 pm
● Portuguese: 2nd Wednesday of the month
● Spanish: 3rd Thursday of the month
This excludes national holidays, August 6, and December 29 through January 3.
Chinese consultations at Motomachi Kanri Jimusho
Where: Motomachi Kanri Jimusho (19-5 Motomachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima)
When: 2nd Tuesday of the month, 10:15 am-12:30 pm, 1:30 pm-4 pm
