Reduced Services Notice for the Hiroshima City & Aki County International Resident Consultation Service (May 18-19, 2023)
With the G7 Hiroshima Summit, held from May 19 to May 21, 2023, there will be limited access to Peace Memorial Park and the International Conference Center Hiroshima (ICCH) will be temporary closed.
As a result, the Hiroshima City & Aki County International Resident Consultation Service, located in the ICCH, will only provide consultations via telephone, e-mail, or fax on May 18 and 19.

▣ Spanish Consultation at the Aki Ward Office in May 2023
On every 3rd Thursday, Spanish consultation is held at the Aki Ward Office; however, due to the Hiroshima G7 Summit this coming May, Spanish consultation will be held on the 25th (the 4th Thursday) instead of the 18th (the 3rd Thursday).
☘ Note: There will be no time change. Consultations will be held during regular hours (10:15 am-12:30 pm, 1:30-4:00 pm）
