New website for Specified Skilled Worker Program (Immigration Services Agency)
Japan has begun accepting non-Japanese workers under a new status of residence called Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginō).
The Immigration Services Agency has created a website aimed at both people who want to work as Specified Skilled Workers and companies who want to employ skilled foreign nationals.
The site aims to increase understanding of the program while providing information on job fairs and the program’s dedicated multilingual call center.
