Reduced Services Notice for the Hiroshima City & Aki County International Resident Consultation Service: Consultation available via telephone, email or fax only on June 19, 2025

On June 19, 2025, there will be limited access to Peace Memorial Park, and the International Conference Center Hiroshima (ICCH) will be temporary closed from 11 am to 6 pm on that day.

As a result, the Hiroshima City & Aki County International Resident Service, located in the ICCH will only provide consultations via telephone, email or fax on June 19. Consultation in-person will not be available on that day.

✨Spanish Consultation at the Aki Ward Office on June 19, 2025

On every 3rd Thursday, Spanish consultation is taking place at the Aki Ward Office. This month’s Spanish consultation at the Aki Ward office, will be held as scheduled during regular hours (10:15 am – 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 4 pm) on June 19.
